Changing your email or password
You can update your email or password directly from your Profile settings, or recover access if you’ve forgotten your login details. Keeping these details up to date ensures secure access to your account and uninterrupted delivery of Pulse updates.
How to change your password

In the side navigation, go to the bottom left and click Profile.

In the Profile tab, find your Password field.

Click the pencil icon next to the field.

A pop-up will appear asking you to enter your current password for verification.

Enter a new password and confirm it.

Click Save changes to finalise the update.
Your new password will take effect immediately.
How to change your email address

In the Profile tab, find your Email field.

Click the pencil icon next to your current email.

Enter your account password when prompted to verify your identity.

Type in your new email address and click Save changes.
Once confirmed, your account notifications and alerts will be sent to your updated email.
If you’ve forgotten your password
If you can’t log in or have forgotten your password:

On the login screen, click Forgot password?

Enter your registered email address.

Check your inbox for an email with a password reset link.

Follow the link and set a new password to regain access.
If you don’t receive the reset email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
