Deleting your account
Permanently delete your Pulse Intelligence account from the profile page. This action removes all saved data and cannot be undone.
If you ever need to leave the platform, you can permanently delete your account from the Profile page.
Keep in mind:

This action is permanent and cannot be undone

All associated data - including saved Searches, preferences, and profile information - will be permanently removed
How to delete your account

Go to the Profile section via the dropdown menu in the top right.

Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.

A confirmation pop-up will appear - you’ll be asked to confirm your choice.

Once confirmed, your account will be deleted.

You’ll then be logged out and redirected to the homepage.
This process is designed to make sure you don’t accidentally remove your account.
Important to note:

Only individual users can delete their own accounts.

Organisation accounts cannot be deleted via this page.
For organisation/admin accounts
Organisation accounts can’t be deleted directly through the platform. If your organisation needs to close its account, please contact our support team and we’ll help you through the process.
Ensure that no critical tasks are assigned to your profile before completing this action.
